I need some help!! Currently we run 4.6C with automotive solution 2.0. I am trying to set it up, so everytime I produce a part, it automatically backflushes a percentage for scrap. So for example:
Finished parts produced is 1000 PC
Requires Part A - 1000 PC
Requires Part B - 1000 PC
This is what currently is happening, but in reality it took more subcomponent parts to make that 1000 PC. So in reality, I want the system to do the following:
Finished parts produced is 1000 PC
Requires Part A - 1010 PC
Requires Part B - 1010 PC
10% scrapping included..
I thought SAP's scrap factor would handle what I want, but it only seems to handle scrapping in relation to MRP.
Can someone direct me in the right direction for some information or a solution on how to handle this requirement????
