it depends on the error it can mean may things but you have to look at the whole error to tell what it is reporting. It could be a bad message or a bad line (flt) card
or a call that hung-up before the octel could answer. I don't have enough info
Thanks for the quick reply! How does one decode the hex in the error. The books don't help. Is there a decoder I could get. By the way no ones complaining.
