scr8_distr_expert.exe export PDF problem

Hi Guys,

Back again!! I created a report and .exe application with the Crystal 8.5 addon (scr8_distr_expert.exe).

Database: Oracle 9.2

The report works fine on all machines (XP and 2000 sp4), however, it can not export to pdf if the machine has win 2000 sp4 installed. The option is not available.

Acrobat 7 reader is installed on machine.

Any ideas. Kind of urgent!!
