We have a Nortel CS1000E and have an extension that appears on numerous sets as a SCR. The problem sthat we are experiencing is that when one call has been answered and the line is busy, the second and third calls forward to our switchboard, which is causing all sorts of other issues.
i am considering changing the multiple appearances to MCR so that the second, third calls, etc, can be answered by the available staff members rather than forwarding to s/board.
does anyone have this set up and if so does it work well?
