folks can anyone advise me what programming is needed to be completed on an option 81 pbx in order for the SCPW - lock phone feature can be used?

I have problem with Call Forward and Hunt at the Meridian Network
All Nodes have Rel.4.00T Deplist 9
If a subscriber of a any Opt.11 (H323 Endpoint) set a Callforwarding to another Subscriber in the network par example to 111 or Callpilot which were located on CSE or to any other subscriber, or public number, the Callforwarding does not work and the caller hear the busy tone..... if the caller comes from another Opt.11 (H323 Endpoint ) or a AudioCodes Faxbox
If the call comes from public network, the Callforwarding works.
If the call comes from CSE or one of the Mediagatway T (all 3 have a SigServer) the Callforwarding works also.
All Opt. 11 are connected to the network with IP Trunk 3.01
I've made d-channel trace and i get the message
Cause: SWED EQIP CONGESTION
DIAG: 042
The routes are on ESN5 and i've checked already the NCOS and CLS
EQIP CONGESTION
that looks like a busy route, but the problem sounds more like the ncos of the inbound trunk is doing the block.. you need to start a new thread, you've replied in a thread that has to do with scpw.

You may open a new thread for that question... but, is your NRS correctly set up with Routing entries. I guess the TON when using CFW or HUNT is not the same as a direct call from a set to remote site.
Monitor DCH in both case (a CFW and a direct call) and compare.
Give a print... and open a new thread...
