SCP Certification - Sniffer

Hi all,

I have a question on what is best to study for the NAI certification SCP. I have Sniffer Technologies "Student Guides" for:

101 - Troubleshooting with sniffer
202 - Troubleshooting with Portable Network Analyzer

Is this enough for the certification material?

Is ther more that anyone would recomend?

I would also go through the Getting Started guide and the Installation guide. They come as PDFs on the Documentation CD.

The SCP Certification basically says you know how to drive a Sniffer so the emphasis is on knowing what button does what.

Hi,
To reply on Patrckb his message, that is not really true.

Only the first exam (1T6-101) is about how to drive the Sniffer software package. All other and following exams are technical exams about the specific topic (e.g. WLAN, Ethernet, ATM, WAN, etc, etc).

For the SCP title you only have to pass the 1T6-101 exam, that should not be a problem if you have the 101 book and know the package and use it! Robert A.H. Wullems
