Scopia XT5000 Licencing convert to PLDS

We are converting an XT5000 to PLDS licencing because we need to add a recording licence

All was going OK until the PLDS asked for the Scopia XT 2nd Host ID(Serial Number on the Side of the Box)

Well the box is in a landfill so we don't know this number.

1st does anyone know what I am talking about and 2nd is there a way to find this serial number?

The License host is created using the Serial Number and MAC address of the XT5000.
