Hi All,
I have an issue with the avaya scopia xt5000 system.
I have installed it at client and it has been register to their system.
It was working normally, but now for some reason the display becomes blurry and it is like it is zoomed in to the max.
Tried zooming out but it doesn't do any thing,
When you pass you hand in front of the camera you will see your hand pass but blurry.
After trying different options like diagnostic, connection etc the screen became clear and normal again.
But after a while it became blurry like it was before.
Has anybody encounter this?
