Hi All

We're looking at using GPP to deploy our printers to our Vista clients rather than using old hat logon scripts. We have some laptop users who will roam from office to office. We want them to get the printers for the office they are currently in, but remove them after the leave. I've looked at using the "Remove this item when it is no longer applied" check box which basically removes the printer when it falls out of scope. But with GPP, is the scope still determined by GP links, security filtering and WMI filters ? Or does Item level targeting also determine the scope in this case?

For example, if I say map printer 1 and use Item Level Targeting to say only apply it when a user logs onto the Paris AD site, will the printer get removed when the user goes to another site if I turn on the "remove this item when it is no longer applied" ? Or will I have to create a second printer with the delte action and use Item Level Targeting to say remove it when the site is NOT Paris ?

Sorry ... long post for a short question !! Thanks in advance for any help
