SCO UnixWare Problem at boot up

I have an IBM 5600 Netfinity getting stuck on boot up. It makes its request to DHCP and then goes to "loading filters." This is where it hangs.

On our other servers, it says "loading filters," then it goes to starting Sybase Server within 15 seconds.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
