We have had a major system fault relating to MEMFS on a SCO Unixware 7.1.3 Server. Using the SCO support site we have attempted to run an idtune to change a couple of tunable parameters but we are now getting serious errors whenever we try and run commands such as man etc.
EG. man idbuild
/usr/bin/htm12ascii: line 26:/tmp/htm12ascii.5413.html:cannot create[no space left on device]
UX
g:ERROR. Cannot create temp file: No space left on device. WE've obviously checked for disk space and all is ok, we have no filesystems filling up, but we are suspecting a unix error somewhere!
Any help would be great!!
