SCO UNIX Modem speeds

I build another gettydef token (in /etc/gettydef) in the modem section to a token value otherwise unused (9) and use it in inittab.
I also se up Devices to use a hayes2400 dialer and modify the init strings for the hayes2400 to include &n6 and &u6 to set the ceiling and floor speeds. Ed Fair
