SCO - Telnetd problem

I am looking for information about an error I receive in my SCO Openserver
I receive the error:
Telnetd: all network ports in use.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

You probably don't have enough pseudo ttys configured. Add them by using the netconfig command. 'man netconfig' for more info, but it's done by modifying the entry for SCO TCP/IP that's listed under your network adapter on the netconfig screen.
