Can anyone recommend a decent PCI 10base2 NIC with support for SCO openserver 5.06. I am looking for one for a customer who is currently using a BNC to rj45 converter, it is seriously degrading the communication from the client to the server. I was trying to use a d-link de-528 , I loaded the driver installed the card and relinked the kernel, rebooted, no dice. I have been trying to find an intel or 3com card but all I can come up with for 10base2 are isa ( there are no isa slots in the server) If anyone knows of a good card I would greatly appreciate any suggestions !

I had to deal with something like this recently. Couldn't find one, couldn't find a hub with a 10 base 2 either so went with a powered converter (which is really just a two port hub- one RJ45 port, one BNC)

It was all I could find that day, maybe you'll find something better eventually.

I did find a pci version of the 3c905b with a bnc connector.
Everyone seemed to be out of them except for the Dell accessories store, the price was even reasonable.
