Hi

I have a DELL Poweredge server with 3 disks in a RAID 5 array. One of the disks was faulty and has been replaced recently. I have just noticed when running /etc/megamgr that I have 2 online disks and 1 failed disk. It also informs me that the system state at startup is degraded.
What I want to know is how do I get this disk to be online?
Is it just a case of doing a rebuild in the megamgr utility.

any help would be appreciated?

cheers

I've had problems in SCO with changing the status of the drive using the SCO-based megamgr utility. I'd recommend you follow PHV's suggested link, but do so in the BIOS version of MegaMGR.
