What to you mean "Make sure it is still good?"
Fsck checks the filesystem for errors. It does not check the RAID array for problems, and would not find any errors that are being compensated for by the RAID controller (such as a crashed hard drive).
Your RAID controller should have provided a utility program for monitoring the array. The command you use to run this utility depends on what controller you have. You should refer to the controller documentation.
