Anyone else read this? And does anyone else besides me wish that SCO would either pull their heads outta there butts or shutup about this whole thing?

Just seems to me that the story keeps 'changing' as this whole thing creeps forward.

In the article someone mentions about SCO just wanting licences based on 'allegations, not on facts'.

They need to just show what they think is infringed/copyrighted or just let it go and shutup about it already...

[bigsmile]

Cheers!

Well, they have to protect their revenue stream. And find new ones if they can.
Sounds to me like some ambulance chaser got to their management.

Any advice I give is my best judgement based on my interpretation of the facts you supply. Help increase my knowledge by providing some feedback, good or bad, on any advice I have given.

Or perhaps someone ran off about this "half-cocked" without all the facts or without doing their homework...

Cheers!

See SCO accuse,
See SCO make threats,
Watch SCO fail,
Poor, poor SCO.

I think you've hit closest to the mark.

I strongly suspect that none of the leadership of SCO is really equipped to understand what they've gotten themselves into. Look at their curriculum vitae ( -- with the possible exception of Chris Sontag, there's not a Morlock among them.
