SCO 5.0.6 Warning Message

In my syslog file I am getting this message:

Jan 31 01:36:07 scosysv amirdmon[733]: AMIRDMON[Warning]: Adapter : 1 LDrv 1 state at startup is DEGRADED

Also I am getting the message:

Feb 4 10:01:54 scosysv /etc/sapd: 02/04/05 10:01:54 AM [363]: Unable to queue nearest server response.

Can anyone tell me what these mean.

I'm more concerned about the first messages because this seems related to my disk mirror

The first message states that one of the drives in your RAID set has been taken offline.
You can run "megamgr" to check status. You will probably need to replace a drive.

I am unfamiliar with the second message.
