We have 3 sites connect wants to connect them via SCN.

IP office Version:
Site A - IP office 500 v2 essential edition R11.1
Site B - IP office 500 v2 essential edition R11.1
Site C - IP office 500 v2 essential edition R11.1

SCN on Site A to Site B - Site B to Site A works fine

but SCN to Site A to Site C - Site C to Site A is not working. Doesn't connect.

Is there any compatibility issue here? Is it SCN for R11.1 to R11.0 will not work?

The version won't be a problem. Try making a path from B to C.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
*(Disclaimer for all advise given)--'Version Dependent'

Will try to create a path from B to C.

BTW Site C is on R11.0.

SCN between 1 major release is fine so R11.0 and R11.1 should be fine (although not ideal all matching is ideal).

So site A should have a direct link (VPN or whatever) to site B and site C correct? If A is linked to B, and B is linked to C, you would need to make your connections in the same fashion for everything to work. I do always make sure I use web socket connection between sites on R11+. Make site A the server and sites B and C the client with a matching password and see if that works.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I would like both site B and C connected to site A.

So site A to site B and site A to site C.

What type of connection is this? VPN,MPLS? What firewalls and routers are in the middle? this could be as simple as an H323 ALG being on. Also if VPN you will need to make sure Site B can reach Site C for calls even if they are not directly connected.
