I am adding SCN from a 9.1.6 to a 10.1.0.1. Will this work?

The SCN never comes up. I verified licensing and VCM channels are present on both systems via Combo Cards.

Thanks!

it works for me.
I had 8.1 with 10.1 working until all systems were upgraded.

I had it working as proprietary line if that doesn't work for you then try using websocket

Can you ping between site? This is the first step to troubleshoot this. I would bet that it is the routing that is the issue. With those systems are you using proprietary or websocket on both ends? I would switch to websocket and see if it connects if so it is a firewall issue as websocket uses different ports.

Routing was fine, I am able to connect via Manager, SSA, and Monitor to both sites. I enabled Websocket and the SCN came up. One thing I did find is the router at one of the locations is a SonicWall and I remember working with Avaya Support and they told me there are issues with VPNs and SonicWalls.

Since this is only temporary, I will leave it at Websocket.

Thanks for our help, and stars given to you both.
