SCN Network device viewer

I use to be able to see all the 9.1 SCN sites and their devices connected by lines showing at a glance if they ae online or off line.

For some reason when I log into Manager I still get the option to select all SCN sites at once and the Manager Preference is set to SCN discovery but the visual display no longer pops up. There has been no software changes made.

Must be something simple I am missing. Any suggestion?
