SCN Intermittent One Way Speech

Hi

We have two IPO500s linked via VPN. They are the same release and can ping each other etc.

The phones are currently digital at both ends.

We have recently been getting one-way speech on some of the calls.

I don't think it is a routing issue because the phones are digital and the SCN trunks can ping each other.

Plus it works sometimes.

The SCN is set to proprietary.

Any ideas anyone?

-what brand/type of devices are creating the VPN?
-what are the internet connections? (type, speed, etc)
-any QoS setup on the routers?
-direct media path checked on SCN trunks?

 
Thanks for your reply, I rebooted the routers and I am hopeful that this has fixed the issue.
