SCN Intercom Calls

I have a customer with 3 sites that are all connected via SCN. Every site can dial each other, except that when Site #1 and Site #2 dial Site #3, calls immediately come over the phone. It doesn't even beep like a direct dial feature. If Site #3 calls the other sites it rings their extensions normally. I created this code in the other sites:

3xx
Dial Extn
3N
100 (SCN Line Group for Site 3)

but as soon as they dial an extension at site 3 it's instantly connected without even beeping to let the person know. All 3 systems are at 8.1.69 - I'm going to just upgrade all of the sites if nobody has seen this before.

You don't need shortcodes for SCN, the system takes care of all that for you

Yeah that's what I thought, but I was hoping with the shortcode it would force the call to ring since it's not.

To anybody that cares to know the resolution: I put an 'internal auto-answer' button on all of the phones and had them make sure the green light was not lit. Calls started ringing after that and then I just removed the button.

On site #3 see if the user have a *DCP4.0.... Something in the forwardings, if so remove them.

Some phones can actually activate it in the menu the HFAI feature (I think of the 6408 at the moment but others might also be able to do that.
