SCN fallback where is the Phone info stored

Okay so I assume that when an IP phone connects to a system that has an SCN fallback, the phone requires the "S2" or second IP Office's IP address. The phone needs to 1, download this info and 2, store it somewhere.

Which file does an IP phone download that has this "secondary server IP". I looked in the 46xxsettings.txt file but I could not find it there.

The phone will get the alternate call server address set from its home IPO during registration. It always gets the SCN trunk's opposite IP address.
 
Indeed, Derfloh is correct, this is part of the registration process, not set within network parameters :)
