I have a very small school that uses the Norstar CICS 4.2 with M7208 tels in the classrooms and they use the phones for paging. If one classroom is on an intercom to another classroom, is there anyway to override and make the page go through? I don't think so but wanted to check with the experts.

No. If a phone is busy it will not hear the page.

You might try using the PRIORITY feature or you could place overhead amplified speakers in the rooms.
