Scheuled Task on Windows NT

I have windows NT 4 server. I have installed Arcserve software for tape backup. Now i do notget scheduled Task on this machine when i clik on my computer. I have started the services of schedule also. Does Arcserve overwrite the schedular ?. How can i get the schedular back.
