Schelduled tasks win 2003 will not run exept under current user

Help me guys its driving me nuts
I am trying to run a scheduled task as a user not the currently logged on account.
I set up a domain account lets call hime Jo he is a member of domain admins he also has Log on a batch Job on the server and log on as service
if I log on as jo and run calc.exe thatruns fine then I log off and on as domain admin and un the job the task says running but calc.exe does not start
I will need this to run a btch file to copy a file from A to b but I am not getting past the basics

What does the log say
Click Advanced -> View Logs from the toolbar of the Scheduled Tasks window (assuming this is XP)
