schelding program

Hello,
Does anyone know of a good schelding program to use with Procomm? I need one that can see a file in a folder and if it matched the file a procomm script will run. It would be realy nice to be able to use wildcard character in the condiction. For example if the filename is c:\test\claims030105.zip I can set the schelding program up to look for c:\test\claims*.zip and the task would kick off a procomm script.

Are you needing a scheduler that continually looks for that file, or do you just need it to look now and then? Could you get my using the Windows Scheduler with a script that looked for that file, then called the "main" script if that file was found?
