When I schedule a report to print to a printer, crystal info is creating 2 instances in the \crystal\cinfo\output directory, one with data and one without, and then the one without data is the one that is printing. Does anybody know why this might be happening? Does anybody have any tips for configuring the Crystal Info Server for scheduling reports to a network printer?
