What do you mean by "the fields are messing up"? Have you tried opening the report in Crystal and using the various options for exporting to CSV to determine what works? I would do that and then use those same options when scheduling the report.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
a b c 1 2 3
a b c 4 5 6
a b c 7 8 9
( a, b,c are the headings in the report)
firstly i got all the data in the report after the heading
means i used to get the headings followed by data for each and every row and i tried to solve that by creating a fake formula and grouping by that formula
Now when i schedule the report in CSV format again
i am getting the first row of data in the report after my headers and the remaining data at the bottom
a b c 1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
Just need to get the first row of the data after my headers section
When running in Crystal XI or 2008, export the report, select Separated Values(CSV), you should now see a screen that has options for formatting the export.
Once you've run the export in Crystal to verify that the options provide the format you're expecting you can schedule the report. When you set the format for the report, there's a checkbox that says "Use the export options defined in the report." This is on by default. Turn it off. You should now see the same export options as you saw in Crystal when you tested the report.
