what does "the selected path is not shared.please select shared path". What exactly does "shared path" mean?

It sounds as if you are doing a network backup, and that the end device\folder has not been set up as a "share" (from the operating system) or has been incorrectly set up.

When you schedule a report, you specify a location (drive/folder) to receive the report. You need to map this location to the web server. The machine does not verify the location when you schedule the report, only when it attempts to run, so you can put almost anything in there and not know that it is not valid.
