Hi,
I'm using BOXI.
I have created 7 crystal reports & published them through Crystal Enterprise. I have created a package to schedule 7 reports but I'm not able to find FORMAT where I can format the reports to Excel so that users can get single email everyday with 7 Excel attachments(7 crystal reports).

Or Is there any other way to schedule "Bunch of reports" in same format.

Thanks in Advance.

Which version of Crystal Enterprise...?

Multiple attachments in a single e-mail are not an out-of-the box option with Enterprise.

We use the "APOS Report Package Booster" third-party tool to do this with BOE-XI (R2).

I'm using Crystal EnterpriseXI.

That means BOXI does not support Scheduling of "Multiple reports" in a single email.

Thanks.

Multiple reports" attachments in a single email in a single e-mail are not an out-of-the-box part of BOE-XI or Crystal Report Server XI.

It is a one-attachement-per-email system.

There are 3rd party tools you can use, or you can write your own application using the .Net or Java SDKs.

How do you send the email with the attachments?

I have reports that are scheduled to run from BOXI (CRXI) once a week. I would like the let the users know that the report has run and include either a link to the report or a copy of the report as an attachment in the email.

Is this possible?

Hi,
You can specify multiple recipients for any single scheduled report and choose whether to use a link or attach a copy of the actual report output ( will apply to all recipients) ..separate the email addresses by a space ( I think - read the docs)...

This is configured on the Destination tab of the Schedule section..

You also have to make sure that Email (SMTP) is configured and turned on for the Destination server and that Email (SMTP) is enabled on the Crystal Job Server(s). You do this in the Servers section of the Central Configuration Manager (CCM). If email is not configured in BOTH places, it won't work.
