Scheduling reports to Network Printers no longer works

Hi,
We are one of the largest networked facilities on the East Coast that has a once a month system downtime. During the last one, the Seagate Info Server got clobbered somehow. Queries were lost, and scheduled reports run off those queries were all messed up. To make a long and frustrating story short, all the pieces have been put back together except one: If I schedule a report to print to a network printer, it starts to process and then just hangs. I can go into Cache and do a D ^JOBEXAM to see if the job is running, and its not there. If I schedule the job to disk, it runs just fine. My problem now is that I have to manually send these gizzilion reports to those network printers defined throughout this institution.
I've had CR, Microsoft and our third party vendor look at this, and no one seems to know how to fix whatever happened during the downtime. I've had our IS team uninstall and reinstall the print service, and it still doesn't work. I hate to resort to restoring the server from a backup tape before the downtime problem as there are many new reports added to the scheduler since that time.
If anyone has ever had a similar problem or any idea as to how to get this APS back to the way it was, I'd appreciate a response.

Thanks,

I take it that the printers are installed on the Info server as network printers?

Cheers
