Scheduling reports in G3 V4 OLLLLLLD software version 2

I am trying to schedule reports to print after hours to give some very basic call detail information. The system has BCMS.

I can't remember to how to schedule the report.

Does anyone remember how to do this?!

Do you have ASA? If you clieck on the Report option, then the next question it asks is when you want to schedule.

If you want to schedule a report without ASA I think you need a "system" printer installed. An example of a command to schedule is: list bcms split 40 schedule - then press help for the format it wants the time schedule in.

you can try command " list bcms sp 1 sc "
"sc" mean scheduling

When we list bcms, can we get an agent daily login/ logout report?

no, login/logout report is only available in cms. bcms do not provide this kind of data.
