Hi,

Within the Infoview, I’m trying to schedule a report and set the destination to a specific file location. For directory, I entered the path of the network drive I want the report saved to – \\server name\Users\. It fails and I get the following error:

Destination DLL disabled. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged:

Also, we use AD authentication and I entered my AD username and password where it asks for it in the settings.

I am having no problem scheduling reports and setting the destination to ‘Specific Inbox’.

We are on XI.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Shannon

The DESTINATION settings for "Unmanaged Disk" need to configured and ENABLED on each ReportJobServer in your Business Objects Enterprise environment.

This needs to be done by a user with Administrator rights in the CMC. Details on those settings can be found in the BOE-XI Admin Manual.
