Hi,people.
I have to schedule my report to be send by e-mail to the person which name is populated in my report.
We using Microsoft Exchange 2000 and my .rpt file has to appear in this person's Outlook box.
I never do it before and I'll really appreciate any answer.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for answer, but, I think, The Report Application Server will be really helpful for me.
Unfortunately,I never work with it before and I don't know how to open it.
I'll be very glad to get any tips.
Thanks

Lana

You might write code to run a seperate report and email them to each user, but Ido's solution is cleaner, and the overall costs should be significantly lower in terms of time.

It is possible to use CSP or ASP pages on the server. I use these pages to read a text file with comma seperated columns. These columns contain the report ID within Crystal Enterprise, recipient e-mail address, sender e-mail address, message etc.
So the web pages then ask CE to do the report and send it via e-mail out to the recipients.

I was face with mailing to a name on a report and this was kind of the closest I copuld get. Hope this helps.
