Scheduling Queries/Crystal using PSoft Process Scheduler

Is anyone well versed in doing this?

I am trying to show our technical crew how this is done, while sitting on the functional side of the fence. Any documentation, hints etc... will be appreciated. We are running PeopleSoft 8.3 on Unix/DB2.

Curently, we cannot run any Crystal Reports from the web via PeopleSoft reporting either...which may be a player in why we cannot schedule any other items to run.
