I'm going from memory here, I've been on CE 8.5 for about a year (since BETA).
And this may differ depending on the version of CE 8 (standard?)
You should get a drop down with View/History/Schedule, or something like that, or if the preferences are different it might be just when you click the report itself.
And you may have a privileges issue because you're using the Guest account and it doesn't have rights to schedule.
When you click a report you should get the option to schedule, if not, the account probably doesn't have rights, try logging on with the Admin account, or change privileges for the account that you're using.
I am logged in as the admin and I have all the rights to do whatever I want.
In the CMC when you select weekly you have option to select what day of week and what time you want the report to run.
In the eportfolio when you choose weekly it will take today and will not let you choose what day of week to run the report.
I want my client users to be able to select what day of week and at what time to run the report. Just like in the CMC.
