I am trying to schedule a Desktop Intelligence report in InfoView through scheduler XI 2.0, which, once it’s refreshed will print the output to a printer.
I have set up a printer to be the default printer to the server, but when I select the default printer or even when I put in the printer name in the format of \\print server\printer name (in printer settings in infoview) it does not print. The status of the instance says that the refresh was a ‘Success’, but doesn’t refer to the print settings that were enabled.
