I have created a resource in Public Folders called Conference Room. I can schedule a meeting for 11am. But if I schedule another meeitng for 11am, it will schdeult that meeting as well (now 2 groups are using the conference room at the same time) instead of notifying me that the resource is in use.
In my outlook, under tools...options....prefernces...calendar options....resource scheduling...there are options to automatically decline conflicting meeting requests, but that seems to affect my calendar not the Conference Room Calendar.
Since Conference Room is not a user I can't logon and confiure it's outlook settings to decling conflicting meeting requests.
Any ideas?
