Hi all,

I have a problem with trying to create a process that will let me create projected maintenance dates, i have tried using DateAdd to no avail.

Contract (StDate)showing also week number, Number of visits per annum (NoVisits)which i want to show the week number. I will then run reports on week number, month and quater.

I have tried DateAdd and Format. Being a newby it is driving me mad. I can do it just using a check box for each week but this seems to messy.

Can anyone help

Regards Terry :)

Soz reading what i wrote it does not say what i want to acheive.

I want to create a form that when i put in the start date for a maintenance programme and the number of visits required a year it divides the year by the number of visits per year and it projects the visits for the year showing the week numbers the visits are due.

Example: Start date 1/01/03 number of visits per annum 2 - projected weeks Week 26 and week 52. This will enable me to provide resouces for those weeks. The final thing then is to roll over those week numbers to the following year.

Regards Terry :)
