Scheduling Issue

Hi,

I have 7 reports to schedule for 5 users on everyday 5:00PM in BOXI CMC. I have created a package of all reports & scheduled them. If I select Destination as "Email" & enter 5 emails addresses & "schedule for" myself, the scheduling is success but if keep Destination as "Default" & use "schedule for specified user or user group"(group contains same 5 users) the scheduling fails. Anybody any idea why scheduling is failing for specified group.

Basically I don't want all users to see all email ID's when they get scheduled emails from server. They should only see the Group Nmae.

What message do you see when you click on "Failed" for the report?

How are you entering the group name? It has to be a fully qualified email address. For example, we have a group called Prod Operations. If I right-click on that group name in Outlook and go to Properties, I can see that the email address for the group is prodoperations@company.com. So, I use that email address for the group instead of just the group name.
