Scheduling Crystal Reports

Hello Members,
I want to schedule some reports developed using Crystal Reports. There are 5 reports which have to be scheduled and exported to excel. Is there any way to schedule this batch of reports so that all the 5 reports run at a time and user just gets one email with all 5 reports exported to excel output ?

Is it possible to do this using CMC or Info view or any other tool ?

All inputs are appreciated.

At least one of the 3rd-party Report Managers listed at

allows you to do this. Single batch file with 5 command lines would be scheduled to export the reports and the 5th process will also email all 5 spreadsheets. Actually, you can even insert the exports as 5 worksheets inside a single workbook, and email that workbook at the end.

I'm not sure if the "Publication" feature is available in CRS, but it is available in BOE. It's a way to group reports so that they run at the same time and, I think you can set it up to export and email the set of reports at the same time. I haven't played with it much, but we're starting to look at it.

If you want one email to with 5 attachments, I do not know how to do that.

If you can send an email saying "Your reports are available on the network drive", then you could use Events in Crystal Reports Server to 1) run all 5 reports in an order and 2) send an email when the 5th report is done.
