Scheduling a service to restart each night

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to help me on this...

I have a 2003 standard server that is running a service that I need to restart each night. I am not good at scripting so if you have a simple way to Schedule to restart a service that would be great. I am hoping to use task scheduler to do this so that it happens each night automatically. If task manager is not a good way to accomplish this please let me know.

Setup a scheduled task to run this command OR to run a bat file with this command in it:

net stop servicename && net start servicename
