I have a transformation package I need running aon period
end dates as opposed to month end dates. A period end date occurrs on the last Sunday in the last full week of each month. Is there a way of triggering a package dependant on a table of valid dates?

Hi Skittle, not that I know to from a table. However if you schedule ther package to run as a job you can set up multiple schedules. Right click the DTS package and set up a schedule eg daily (it doesnt matter what you put as youre going to edit it anyway)

Then expand management, sqlserver agent, jobs and you package will show as a job in the right hand pane. Double click it and click schedules and remove the schedule which you just set up. The schedule under the jobs section gives you more control than right clicking the DTS package so add individual 'one time' schedules to run on the dates which you want.
