We are using a program that parses several reports through distiller to create individual pdf files. Then I have created a batch sequence to save all these as rtf files in specific directory. They then are sent to a virtual printer from that directory to process into the final system.

My question is this: Is there a way to schedule this batch sequence to run automatically once a day to eliminate the manual step of running the batch sequence?

Thanks,

John

Not through Acrobat, no. You can try to write a VB app that does all the interaction with Acrobat through the JavaScript object. Then, schedule the VB app with Windows Scheduler.
