Schedules on APS disappearing

Hi,

I'm running Seagate Info 7.5 and I've got two APS computers running separately of each other.

One runs fine, no issues, but the other has recently started to develop an annoying problem.

I've noticed that scheduled recurring reports on this APS are simply disappearing without a trace. No error, nothing, just one day, they disappear.

I have a number of scheduled reports, probably about 20 all up, and only some disappear (it seems random, not the same reports each time it happens).

If anyone else has had this experience or knows what the problem could be, I'd love to hear about it.

What database are you using? If you're using the default Access db that comes with SI (instead of moving the APS database into your production database) you may have a data corruption issue. This is also possible in other databases, but it's much less likely.

I agree with Dell. In my past experience, corrupt records in the system db caused this to occur.

It's the default Access database

Do you have the Access software installed? There should be some tools in there for reindexing and repairing your APS database. I don't use Access, so I can't point you to something specific.
