Scheduler 1

I tried to run Scheduler and I'm getting CognosBIBatch60 error (CognosBatcher.ServiceRequest Permission Denied.) Is there a simple fix for this?

hi stewm,

when trying to launch Scheduler 6.0(26) on a WinNT machine you can have this porblem.

Set up any additional users that have access to this box in DCOM.

Steps:

1. Run the following Dcomcnfg.exe from run command
under the default security tab (default access permissions).
2. Add the additional users that have access to this machine
3. Reboot the machine
