Scheduled user grayed out

Hello

Running 4.00.9303 , dBase Goldmine

If I schedule a call for a certain user, when I select properties of the user, I am unable to modify who it is assigned to. The user is grayed out. This only happens for certain users.

I have tried rebuilds and adding the user again, that hasn't worked. I think it may have something to do with the user groups. Does anyone know where Goldmine keeps that data? If possible, I'm going to get rid of the user groups and test it again.

I have been testing with and without Master rights.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
