Scheduled user export from CUCM 8.5

I am trying to schedule a regular export a list of all users on the my CallManager with names and extensions.

I can configure the file I want, and can schedule its creation on a regular basis. What I can't do is export it automatically. Can the file I need (created with BAT etc) be exported by FTP, TFTP, STFTP or the like from the command line? Alternatively, is there a script that could be run to execute a download?

I can't believe that this is impossible, despite being told this by my support company!

What you are trying to do is not possible natively within cucm. Only backups can be automated.
You might be able to use a 3rd party product that uses a script to logon to cucm and pull the report that way but I am not aware of one.
